FAQs

How long will it take for my order to be posted?

Each product is made to order and it can take up to 5 business days for a complete order to be posted depending on the products selected. If you would like an exact time frame please contact us prior to placing your order.
Turn around times may be extended during peak seasons due to high demand.

How do I track my order?

Each order will be sent with its own tracking number which is emailed to you when your order has been dispatched. You will be able to use your tracking number to track your order via the link that will also be provided. All customers automatically receive email notifications.

What are your delivery options?

Domestic parcels are sent via courier with tracking or Australia Post depending what is selected during checkout. Express option is available if you are in a rush for your order at an additional cost. 

International parcels are sent via Australia Post with tracking provided. Express post is also able to be requested at an additional cost.

Do you provide a rush service?

Yes we do allow requests for rushed orders for a turn around of 1-2 business days. Rushed orders will occur a small fee which can be selected during check out. Please only use this option for orders that do require to be rushed as it can delay other orders or require us to rearrange our day/night. If you are not in a rush for your order but wanting it sooner than standard postage please select the "Express Post" option during check out.

Please note that we do reserve the right to reject rushed orders or orders that are too large and require more than 1-2 business days to complete. If this occurs the fee will be refunded 
immediately and notified.

Can I return an item?

Customer satisfaction is very important to us, if there is an issue with your order please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to rectify. 

All products are made to order and we do not allow returns due to change of mind unless agreed to prior to placing your order.

All orders are covered by postage insurance and if arrive damaged, will receive an immediate replacement once the required steps have been taken. Please contact us within 7 days if your order has been damaged during transit.

All lamp bases are covered by 12 months warranty and will require to be returned to us to inspect the faulty item. If agreed that the item is faulty it will be replaced by the same base if available or advised if it has been replaced by a newer design.
Please contact us via email or facebook if your base no longer works and if changing the globe has not worked, cease use immediately and remove plug from the wall.

Is Pick Up available?

Yes pick up is available for your order, please note this in the check out section. You will be contacted via email or phone once your order is ready to be collected.

How can I contact your couriers?

Please visit the link provided with your tracking number to see contact details of the Courier used. 

Do you offer Buy now, Pay later options?

Yes we do, we currently offer Afterpay, Zip Pay and Humm. For more information regarding their services and eligibility, please visit the links below to decide which option is best for you.
